My Vision, as the new President of NCNW, is to strive to build relationships with other organizations and deepen relationships with our community partners to bring positive change to our community.  With our partners and our members, I plan to advance in three areas that are important to us.

  1. Continue to support nonprofit organizations filling the gaps of inequity created by unjust systems.

  2. We will strengthen collaborations and support other organizations, together we will work to increase positive impact within our community.

  3. And we will advance big ideas that bring about long-term solutions to the state of Florida, and locally, in Brevard County to address our toughest challenges.

When it comes to big ideas, we will champion bold solutions to serve the homeless, by providing donations and providing food for the needy, and we will continue, as a group of civic leaders with a shared vision of using the pandemic recovery as an opportunity to advance a more equitable Brevard.  We will continue to provide scholarships and support to our future leaders.  We will continue to be strong advocates for the women and children within our community, and we will continue to act as stewards within our community.

While we do a lot of work in Brevard, our work and partnerships will extend throughout the state of Florida to form partnerships with other organizations and NCNW sections.

We look forward to working with our existing partners and forming new partnerships and many others as we advance social, racial, and economic equity together.
